Before shipping your guitar please call us at 1-615-567-0026,
to discuss your repairs and receive an estimate.
In order for you to safely ship your guitar to us
for service,
it is very important that you follow these instructions.
- Your guitar must be shipped in a case, preferably
hard shell.
- You will need a heavy “guitar shipping box” this
can be
found at your local music store. Another option is
to have
a retail UPS packaging store build you a box and
handle shipping.
- When you pack your guitar pleas refer to the
instructions found HERE.
- You must pack the guitar tightly in the case
and the case needs to be packed tightly in the box.
There can be absolutely NO MOVEMENT in the case or
the box.
- Print or type a clear shipping and return address
label.

Once the repair is complete we will re-pack, insure
and ship your guitar to you, for a flat rate of $29.95.
This fee will be added to your
Invoice. The invoice must be paid before we can return
your guitar.
We except Visa, Master Charge, American Express, Pay
Pal and Money Orders. Sorry no personal checks.
